Policies
1. Memberships & Payments

1.1 - Refunds, can take up to 5 working days and will be authorised only with valid reasoning.

1.2 - Ways Of Payment, use of stripe for recurring and one off payments.

1.3 - Date Of Payment, Monthly subscriptions will be taken out between the 1st-5th of each month. (Unless specifically agreed)

1.4 - Miss Payments, If payment is missed you will have 14 days from the original payment date to make payment. If after 14 days payment still hasn't corrected Clinical Training FC has the right to refuse the player attending any further sessions/matches until payment has been corrected.

1.5 - If payment has been missed on more then one occasion Clinical Training FC has the right to cancel membership.

1.6 - Memberships can be paused if player is going to be away for a period of more then 28 days, Notice must be given at least 14 days prior.

1.7 - If you wish to cancel membership there is a 14 day notice period, your intentions must be emailed to admin@clinicaltrainingfc.com
2. Kit & Lost Property

2.1 - Clinical Training FC kit is compulsory as part of the registration process and must be purchased within 14 days of registration.

2.2 - Clinical Training FC is not responsible for any loss, theft or damages of any kit and/or personal items. It is your responsibility to keep your kit and personal items safe.

2.3 - Lost property will be stored for 28 days, it is your responsibility to enquire and claim the lost item.

2.4 - If after 28 days the item hasn't been claimed, Clinical Training FC have the right to dispose of the item.
3. Behaviour & Standards

3.1 - Misbehaviour will not be tolerated. Player will be warned first, if behaviour persists we will contact parents. If such behaviour continues it will result in a ban from matches/training and could lead to membership being cancelled. (P.P.P)

3.2 - It is expected players arrive on time, wearing the correct full Clinical Training FC kit. As well as the correct footwear to partake in training/matches.

3.3 - It is expected players are respectful, supportive, hard working and willing to learn.

3.4 - If you cannot make a session/match it is expected that you notify the club as soon as possible prior to the session/match.

3.5 - It is expected players attend both home and away matches, and arrive 40 minuets prior to kick off time. Players must have correct full kit, shin pads and football boots.

3.6 - Parents/spectators must behave in a orderly manner, Any abusive behaviour towards players, coaches, referees and other spectators will result in the game being stopped until the abuser has left the playing fields.

3.7 - Parents/spectators must respect the sessions/matches taking place and must watch from behind the fencing or the appropriate/designated areas.
4. Social Media & Data Protection

4.1 - Photographs and video footage may be taken by Clinical Training FC staff for marketing, promotional or training purposes, including for use on Clinical Training FC's social media platforms. Should any participants not wish this, please email admin@clinicaltrainingfc.com as well as any changes to your consent.

4.2 - It is expected that any parents wanting to film or take photo's must seek approval from Clinical Training FC. As we have players who cannot be filmed, so in some cases this wont be allowed for safeguarding protection.

4.3 - Any data collected from registration forms will be for internal and professional use only and will not be shared publicly.
5. Medical Information & First Aid

5.1 - Clinical Training FC staff have the right to administer first aid to each player, Unless told otherwise via registration forms or by email to admin@clinicaltrainingfc.com

5.2 - It is your responsibility to inform and update Clinical Training FC of any medical information.

5.3 - Clinical Training FC will not beheld reasonable for any injures occurred whilst playing.

5.4 - At sessions/matches Clinical Training FC will have an appropriate first aider present to offer basic medical assistance, if the injury is complex it may be advised to attend the nearest hospital.

5.5 - It is your reasonability to update any emergency contact information.
6. Safeguarding

6.1 - We take safeguarding seriously, If you have any concerns please contact Clinical Training FC via email admin@clinicaltrainingfc.com or by phone on 07447668308.

6.2 - It is required for you to walk/meet your child to and from the session or match. Unless specifically agreed otherwise via email admin@clinicaltrainingfc.com

6.3 - It is your responsibility to safeguard players before and after the session including travel arrangements, Clinical Training FC will not be held responsible for players traveling to and from sessions/matches.

6.4 - If you are running late for pick up, it is vital you contact Clinical Training FC via 07447668308.

6.5 - It is advised players go to the toilet prior to arriving to the session/match. If a player needs to go to the toilet whilst at session/match it will be down to the facility if toilets are accessible.

6.6 - If a player needs to go to the toilet, A member of Clinical Training FC staff can only take them when 2 or more players need to go or if another member of staff or an appropriate parent is able to accompany them. Clinical Training FC staff are only to wait outside and not to go inside the toilets.
